Musaiwale holds a Masters in Business Administration and has been a Business Management Consultant and Trainer for over 23 years at both local and international levels. He has been privileged to conduct several mid- and end-of-term project evaluations on different thematic areas such as health, education, agricultural and livelihood related activities (including food security, value addition, market chains and linkages), economic empowerment activities, gender, WASH, the environment, disaster risk reduction and climate change adaption among others. Musaiwale has expertise in both quantitative and qualitative data collection.

Musaiwale’s experience includes working with many different organisations across Southern Africa, including World Vision, Action Aid International, Action for Enterprise, the World Wide Fund for Nature, Financial Sector Deepening Zambia, Village Water Zambia, Development Aid of People to People, the Catholic Agency for Overseas Development (CAFOD), Churches Health Association of Zambia, Keepers Zambia Foundation, Self Help Africa, the Copperbelt Health and Education Program, the European Union, the various members of the United Nations.
